- How many days in advance that I need to place my order?
All the cakes are freshly baked on the same day of delivery date, thus we require all orders be placed at least 7 hours in advance of the delivery date.
- Will 7cake® confirm my order?
Yes, as soon as your order has been processed through online or phone, an e-mail message that confirms the order will be sent to you along with the confirmation of the date and time of your delivery.
- Can I cancel or change my order?
As soon as we confirm your order, we transfer it to the central kitchen for processing.Therefore, the cancellation must be placed 1 day before delivery / pick up date. No refund will be made after this cut off time. All sales will be final.
Refunds will be made only to the same credit card used for the purchase with in 15 days.
- What if I am not at the destination when the cake arrives?
Unfortunately our delivery service cannot be responsible for items that are left unattended. It would be best prior to making an order to confirm that someone will be available to receive it.
In addition, prior to ordering, please make sure the address is correct and there is a local contact number where the recipient can be contacted. If the delivery address is an apartment/condo unit, please also let us know of the front door buzzer code.
- Can I pick up the cake instead of delivery?
Yes, we are located at Skycity Plaza, B112/B113, 3272 Midland Ave, Toronto, ON, M1V0C7. It is very closed to highway (401, 404) and public transit (Finch & Midland). We are open Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm, Sat - Sun, 11am - 5pm. Please be sure to come before we close.
- Where do you deliver in GTA and what is the delivery fee?
We make delivery to Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan. Please use our ordering system to check if your address is available for delivery. Our delivery is free within our delivery zone. Simply call or email us for delivery cost for special delivery.
- Can I change the delivery address?
We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. This must be done by e-mail / phone, quoting your order confirmation number.
- Can I change the date of my scheduled delivery?
If your order has not been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we will be happy to change its intended delivery date. To request a change to your delivery date, simply contact us quoting your order confirmation number.
